Messages are those strings which do not correspond to any other StampPlot string structures (Strings do not begin with a ~,^,@,~).

The window lists the incoming string and the date and time it was processed.

Data and time stamping may be disabled with
!TSMP ON/OFF

The messages may also be placed in a file. 
!SAVM ON/OFF

The directory for the file is the StampPlot\Data directory.  The path and name may be changed with:
!NAMM path\name

The message window may be cleared with !CLRM.

On a save of the plot, messages will be saved and recalled when opening.
