Release 7.9c Small correction in data file deletion.  Release 7.9b Installer updated for Windows Vista installation. Admin account password required to install. NOTE: Due to issues writing to the Program Files directory in Vista, DATA FILES and MESSAGE FILES are now written to the User's My Document Directory root.  Snapshots and other files remain written to the StampPlot Data directory for now. StampPlot has an issue doing math, such as [(obj1) + 5], such as where if obj1 contained leading or trailing spaces, it would not treat it as a numeric value. The macro values routine has been modified to strip leading and trailing spaces if the value is numeric. I hope this 'small' change does not break anyone's code. Changed the association mechanism to work in Vista. Various other small fixes
