Propeller Video Application Board PCB
2" x 4" video application board for the Parallax Propeller ( link
)
This board was designed during an applications of microcontroller course at
Southern Illinois University
in the Electronic Systems Technologies program ( www.siu.edu/~isat/est
). A minimal board for applications
and bread boarding was desired. The students explored microcontroller programming
through the use of
the video features of the Propeller ( see
images from course ).

| Header for breadboard - 16 I/O |
| 5.0V and 3.3V regulators |
| 2.1mm center-positive wall power input - 6 to 9V. |
| Power and Debug LED (P27), reset button. |
| Screw terminal with 5V, Vin, Vss and undedicated I/O. |
| 8 x 10 solder area. |
| Standup or lay flat on breadboard dependent on header pins used. |
| Programming headers for both the PropPlug and 4D System's USB-CE5 (allows
USB power for board). |
Purchase the bare PCB and populate to your liking, many options for power and
populating.
Use stand-alone or with a breadboard.
